As also detailed in the Privacy Policy, we may use email, text messages, and push notifications to notify the status of the order to you, when the order you placed has been completed, and to let you know about the promotions,  Special events, and policy changes. We may also contact you via email, text message, push notification or chat for any other purpose related to the Service or promotion. We or our representatives may monitor all communications made or received by you while using the Website and the Services.

 

III. INFORMATION STORAGE TIME

The information collected from the customer will be stored on the server for at least 1 month from the date of receipt of the request to delete the information provided by the customer (this storage is for the purpose when there is a dispute or signs of fraud. This information is only accessible to Goldenhorse’s management.

Acheronz currently does not use cookies and caches. In case Acheronz uses cookies and cache, the terms will be updated here.

 

VI. KIDS

The Service will not knowingly accept personal information from anyone under the age of 16. We have taken commercially reasonable steps to limit the use of the Service to persons aged 16 years and over. As agents for our developer partners, we do not sell products or services for minors to purchase. We will not be responsible for any damage caused by users under the age of 16.
